Practice manager and assistant practice manager
Our managers are Audrey Lynas and Amanda Davidson, who oversee the day to day and financial running of the practice. Any feedback can be addressed to them.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are the first people you will speak to if you call or visit the practice. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
The administrative staff at Fairfield support the clinical team in a number of ways such as entering new patients details into the computer system, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records, carrying out searches and practice audits and any other administrative tasks as required.
